Welcome to the
Overview
This system has been developed to facilitate the administration of part-time teaching
effort for eligible part-time teaching staff. The system is open to:
- Part-time teaching administrators (full read-write access)
- Module leaders - to view detailed part-time teaching records for their modules
(read-only)
- Part-time teaching staff - to see their own personal part-time teaching records
(read-only)
Each member
of staff's part-time teaching activity (be it lecturing, demonstrating, marking
and moderating) is recorded in detail for each module they are involved with.
Detailed claims information for teaching hours worked is recorded alongside each
teaching record.
