We have built a brand new Psychology Experiential Learning lab - PsychEL, where you will work with other students on assignments and practical exercises specifically designed to let you explore the breadth of psychology at first hand.

The Teaching and Research Associates (TARAs)

There are 7 TARAs in the School of Psychology, Leonie, Maddie, Chris, Karol, Steff, Ryan and Julie. They are all are based in Link 305, close to Link 301, the Psyc:EL room and during teaching weeks a named TARA is available from 9am each weekday until 5pm, 4pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.
There is also a TARA email address which reaches all of us, or we can be emailed individually.

The TARAs are involved in the teaching of stages 1 and 2 workshops and the support of Psyc:EL activities. If you wish to speak to a TARA about a Psyc:EL activity or using R, come to the hatch as you arrive at Link floor 3 and ring the bell to let us know you are there. If you wish to speak to a particular TARA who is not on duty, please do email them first to arrange a meeting time so you can be sure that they are available.
